In 2007 we began to focus on providing equity for private companies and acquiring additional companies. Chicago Private Equity works closely with executives and owners in identifying acquisition opportunities - usually companies not on the open market. We invest primarily in early stage and developing growth companies. Chicago Private Equity has been investing, mentoring and advising startups from the seed stage. We continue to provide consulting support on business strategy development but only with current equity companies. Providing this consulting service allows us to stay close to developments in your industry and keep investor funding overhead low. With this we are able to build constructive and trusting two way relationships.
