We consider private companies in many different deal stages including early or seed, expansion and growth. Early and seed companies looking for venture funding located primarily in the Chicago area will have the best opportunity with our Chicago equity investors as the investor fund is situated locally. We do consider outside Chicago investments in venture capital, we require those to be within Illinois and Midwest. Larger private equity investments need to be within the United States.
